We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.

In Stock Items
Items marked as In Stock are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Presale Items
From time to time, Down Boy will release limited collections as presales.

Presale items are made to order after the presale period has ended. The estimated dispatch timeframe for each presale collection will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and at checkout.

We’ll keep you updated by email if there are any changes to the expected dispatch date.

Orders Containing Both In Stock and Presale Items
If your order contains both in stock and presale items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

If you’d like your in stock items sent sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or another trusted courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their destination country.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, shipping timeframes are outside of our control once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Down Boy is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived, please contact us at downboy.thelabel@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
