Welcome to Down Boy. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of the Down Boy website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

Products
We aim to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Many of our garments are produced in limited runs, so availability may change without notice.

Presale Products
From time to time, Down Boy will release selected products or collections as presales.
Where a product is offered as a presale, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that your order will be produced after the presale period has ended. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

While we make every effort to meet these estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, supplier or freight circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment
Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at downboy.thelabel@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to accept cancellations as orders begin processing shortly after purchase.
For presale items, production is planned based on customer orders, so cancellations are not available once a presale order has been placed.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding exchanges, refunds and faulty items.

Shipping
Shipping timeframes and delivery information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, designs, text and branding, is the property of Down Boy unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Down Boy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
